Prototype Ram

so, i was hanging around my computer science friend for a few days in minecraft. we decided to build a computer. part 1 that I built was the screen, now much bigger 12x6 7segment displays large. after that, It was wire time. After a few days of logical refreshment, i developed a 3 tic pulse generator. while messing around with sticky pistons, i noticed an interesting property. The pulse was quick enough to toggle the pistons!
After some experimenting, I have 8 bits of ram memory in 3 blocks of height!
